I have spent the better part of my life... let me rephrase that, I
havespent almost half of my life behind the microphone because doing
radio in front of a microphone would be just plain dumb. It all started
back in 1983 when I found myself at Eastern Washington University
asking somebody "where is a good place to meet people who like
to party a lot?" The answer I got was "the Radio and Television
people have great parties, you should get a job on the radio."
So off I went. I'll spare you the details which as they say is (rather
fuzzy) history. After a series of jobs up and down the West Coast
big markets and small, I have landed here in Chico, California and
along with my morning co-host "The fabulous Jo" I'm having
a great time enjoying the area and the people (many of whom with their
"quirky" ways make me laugh) So here I am and here I will
stay until budget cuts do away with the disc jockey relocation program. |
